Data Entry Customer Service Orders Desk Logistics

We are PCT Logistics, a logistics transportation company that prides itself on a high level of customer service.

We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, entry level, customer service data entry person, to join our team!

Ideal candidate is someone who has accurate data entry skills, the ability to multi-task, and who can think fast on their feet while being a strong team player.
Expectations and

Responsibilities:

  • Entering and responding to detailed customer orders as they come in, whether from emails, customer direct phone orders or from our sales team.
  • Updating the orders and delivery system as they happen, efficiently and accurately.
  • Updating customers with any changes to their orders.
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with peers, dispatchers, and sales team.
  • Be consistent and reliable.

Hours are on site in our Atascadero main office, non-remote daily, full-time, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
